Photos that sell: what buyers and renters look for

Better listing photos mean more inquiries. Here is a simple shot list that works on phones.

Buyers and renters decide in seconds. If the first image is dark, cropped, or missing scale, they bounce.

Shoot outside in daylight: full machine side, front 3/4, cab/controls, hours meter, wear points, and any attachments.

Keep backgrounds clean. Move clutter, include a person or cone for scale, and avoid heavy filters.

On Utilaro you can upload up to six compressed photos — lead with the strongest angle as cover when you create a listing.

Update photos after major service or repaint. Fresh images signal a listing that is still active.

Pair strong photos with clear intent (rent, sale, or both) so shoppers landing from search know exactly what you offer.
